Shipping Policy

At Arkulya Shop we have a three to four-day production time. Orders will get shipped out three to four days after purchase. Please allow a few extra days for your package to arrive due to COVID-19.

Please keep in mind once your package is sent to the post office we have no control over this item. Please keep in mind sometimes small packets do not come with a tracking number as it's our most affordable option. Please choose a shipping method that works best for you.

Return & Exchange Policy

At this time we do not offer returns or exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please send us an email with your name, order number, and reason as to why you are not satisfied and we will be more than happy to accommodate your needs.

 

Please be sure to check the size and color of the item before you make your purchase to ensure it is right for you. All jewelry is not eligible for an exchange or return.

Delivery Charges

We are not responsible for paying any duty or taxes that may arise from shipping. It is the customer's obligation to pay forward.

 

DAMAGES/FAULTY ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon arrival if the product is deemed as defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item please contact customer service with your name, order number, and a photo of the faulty item, so that we can quickly resolve this issue.

Unclaimed Packages

Should you fail to collect your package at the time it was delivered, it will automatically be sent back to us. We are not responsible for any lost/unclaimed packages.
